


TONG QIN
Tong has 25 years of diverse experience as a financial management expert in the public and private sectors. She was the Deputy CFO at the Small Business Administration (SBA) with an annual budget about $1 billion and a loan portfolio of $100+ billion. Prior to that she established the Office of Internal Controls in SBA and was the first director or Internal Controls at SBA. Before joining SBA Tong worked in a regional public accounting firm for 10+ years concentrating in providing auditing and consulting services to the Federal and State governments.
Tong has significant credit reform expertise in both audit and advisory capacities. In addition, she has extensive experience in budget execution, accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit readiness and remediation, and has successfully assisted multiple agencies in implementing business processes to achieve efficiency and accuracy within federal financial management.
She also has deep knowledge of working with OMB, IG, and GAO, so she can support you with various tasks with a minimum learning curve and ensure each task can be approved by OMB and auditable by the IG and GAO. Tong’s expertise and experience will help you meet complex regulations and improve financial performance.
